Shipping policy

Please note the delivery dates specified by us, which are displayed next to the products when placing an order. If your order has a separate delivery date, the goods are still in production.

Delivery Time:

Within Germany: 2-4 business days (excluding freight deliveries)

Benefit from our extremely short delivery times. We generally have all our approximately 2,000 items in stock at our central warehouse in Upper Franconia, allowing us to deliver to you very quickly. Whether it's toys or baby room furniture, you can have your desired items at home in just a few days. All orders received by us before 11:00 AM will be shipped the same day (excluding furniture items)!

For delivery to various EU countries, different delivery times apply – depending on the country, your order will reach you in 5 to 7 business days.

All prices are total prices in euros, i.e., they include all price components as well as statutory VAT.

Depending on the scope of your order, you will be served by a parcel service or a freight service provider. Delivery of freight items is made to the curbside. Delivery of goods generally occurs only after the invoice amount has been credited by our payment service provider.

Shipping Costs:

We deliver free of charge to customers with a delivery address in Germany for orders with a value of €25.00 or more. For orders under €25.00, we charge a flat shipping fee of €9.90.

Delivery to EU countries such as Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Netherlands, Poland, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Italy, Hungary, Spain, and Slovakia costs between €6.90 and €199.90, depending on weight. Shipping costs for Switzerland and the UK are also weight-dependent, ranging from €9.90 to €149.00 – for large furniture packages over 40 kg up to €199.90 (excluding import duties). All prices are calculated in the shopping cart before completing your order.

Your order may consist of multiple packages, which may be delivered at different times. Please check for transport damage and have it confirmed in writing by the delivery driver.
