Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (roba Baumann GmbH, Feldstrasse 14, DE-96237 Ebersdorf bei Coburg, E-mail: service@roba-kids.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an e-mail).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction for this reimbursement, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We will arrange for the collection of the goods. We will bear the costs of returning the goods. You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

For Shipments to Non-EU Countries (including Switzerland & UK):

For orders to non-EU countries (outside Germany), return shipping costs in case of dissatisfaction or other reasons cannot be reimbursed. If your goods are damaged or have not arrived in proper condition, we will cover the return shipping costs and exchange your goods free of charge.
