Competition of participation conditions
1. Scope
1.1 This competition is carried out by Roba Baumann GmbH. The competition is in no connection to Facebook and is not sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook. Information is not transmitted to Facebook, but to Roba Baumann GmbH.
1.2 By participating in the competition, each participant accepts the conditions of participation without restrictions.
2. Declaration of consent
By participating in the competition, the winner agrees that his Facebook name will be mentioned after the raffle under the competition post on Safe Asleep Facebook page of Roba Baumann GmbH.
The winners continue to agree that their personal data will be passed on to third parties (e.g. forwarding, parcel service or post) for the delivery of the profit. If this consent is not granted, the profit cannot be delivered. In this case, a replacement winner is determined.

3. Participation
3.1 Appropriate participants are natural persons who have reached the age of 18.
3.2 Roba Baumann GmbH employees and their relatives are excluded from participation.
3.3 A prerequisite for participation is, as stated in the respective competition post, I like a “like” of the contribution or a comment on the post. Participation is only valid/permitted in your own name. The prices of the competition are randomly raffled off among all participants. For this purpose, the names of the participants are temporarily saved in a file. This is deleted by our company data carriers after the competition has expired (see data protection).
3.4 The closing date for participation in the competition post applies.
4. Implementation and profit
4.1 The winner is determined by random. The legal process is excluded.
4.2 The winner's Facebook username is announced as a comment under the competition post. Furthermore, the winner is informed by private Facebook message if possible. The winner of Roba Baumann GmbH then sends his address in a private Facebook message.
4.3 The claim for profit expires if the winner does not report to Roba Baumann GmbH within 14 days of contacting. In this case, a replacement winner from the circle of the participants entitled to profit will be determined by random.
4.4 After receiving the full delivery address of the winner, the winnings will be sent to this address by Roba Baumann GmbH. The winner does not incur any shipping costs.
4.5 The article shown in the competition is not necessarily identical to the actual profit and can deviate, for example, in the color, in the model or the execution. Roba Baumann GmbH reserves the right to replace a profit with an alternative profit with a similar value if the advertised profit is not available.
4.6 A cash payment or credit in the amount of the profit value, the exchange or transfer of the profit are not possible.
5. Early termination, exclusion
5.1 Roba Baumann GmbH is entitled to rule out the competition from the competition from the competition. In this case, Roba Baumann GmbH is entitled to detect and reclaim already handed out profits.
5.2 Roba Baumann GmbH reserves the possibility of extraordinary termination or interruption of the competition. This applies in particular in the event of force majeure or if the proper execution of the competition is not guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons. Roba Baumann GmbH is also entitled to change the conditions of participation.
6. Liability restrictions
6.1 With the delivery of the profit, Roba Baumann GmbH is free from all obligations. Roba Baumann GmbH is not liable for legal and/or material defects at the profit. This expressly excluded any warranty claims of the winners.
6.2 Roba Baumann GmbH is not liable for damage caused by a participant or third party by accepting and using the profit.

7.2 Roba Baumann GmbH collects, stores and uses the personal data exclusively for the implementation and handling of the competition. After carrying out the competition, the personal data of the winners are only kept/stored within the framework of the legal provisions (e.g. the retention period for delivery certificates is 6 years). After the competition has expired, the personal data of the winners will not be used for other purposes (such as advertising purposes) or passed on to third parties. All other data collected for the implementation of the competition (raffle according to the random principle) will be deleted by our company data carriers at the end.

Right to information:
According to Art.15 GDPR, you can request information about your personal data we process. In your request for information, you should specify your concerns to make it easier for us to put together the necessary data. Right to correction:
If the information relating to it is no longer (more) correct, you can request a correction in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR. If your data is incomplete, you can request completion.
Right to deletion:

Right to revoke consent:
According to Art.7 Paragraph 3 GDPR, you have the right to revoke consent. The revocation of the consent does not affect the legality of the processing due to the revocation due to the consent.
